Low Level Wınd Shear Alert System (LLWAS) in the world was established by us in Antalya in 2018. To briefly summarize the system, it consists of X-Band Radar and multi-channel Lidar systems. The radar system is effective in rainy weather and the Lidar system is effective in sunny weather. As can be understood from the name of the system, it is used to report and give warnings about low level wind breakages that may occur in the landing and taking off of aircraft at airports, in the approach and take-off areas from the runway. This system is vital for flight safety. In addition to meteorological data, the system has an important place for the security of the country, and it is known that the radar system is also used in military areas today. In addition, our company is the representative of Türkiye and partner of the world famous Leonardo GmbH.
